A new ARCS-eligible department, the highly ranked UW Bioengineering Department  provides an intensive research experience based on cross-disciplinary expertise in engineering and biology. 

Guests will get a behind the scene view of bioengineering research via presentations by Dr. Kim Woodrow (dissolving female condoms) and Dr. Buddy Ratner (tissue and organ regeneration and restoration) and tours of the Diagnostic Technologies (Dr. Paul Yager) and Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine (Dr. Cecilia Giachelli) Labs.  Guests will also have the opportunity to talk with current PhD scholars showcasing their research posters.
